PURPOSE The DuBois
Western Heritage Foundation is a non-profit corporation, certified in August of 2015 and operated for
educational, charitable, literary and scientific purposes which shall include carrying
on activities to: a) educate the public on natural resource, agricultural and
rural property owner issues; b) educate the public and promote the heritage and
culture of rural communities; and (c) to facilitate and support the sport of rodeo
including providing educational opportunities for student athletes.
